This website, propadelfl.com, is operated by Nava Sports Group LLC, doing business as Pro Padel FL ("we", "us", "our"), an authorized distributor of StarVie padel products. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and pricing

We make every effort to display products, colors and specifications accurately. Product images may differ slightly from the actual item. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or exceed reasonable quantities. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Discount codes

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied to previous orders. Welcome codes are valid once per customer. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Warranty

Products purchased from Pro Padel FL include a six-month limited warranty for approved manufacturing or material defects, as described in our Warranty Policy. Normal wear, misuse and impact damage are not covered.

Intellectual property

StarVie and its logos are trademarks of their respective owner. All other site content belongs to Pro Padel FL and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
