At Pro Padel FL, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. You may return or exchange an eligible item within 14 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

To be eligible:

You must provide a valid Pro Padel FL order number.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Rackets must not have been played with.
The item must not have ball marks, scratches, chips, or other signs of use.
All original packaging, labels, handle wrapping, accessories, and protective materials must be included.

Items that have been used or are missing their original packaging may not be accepted.

Start a Return or Exchange

Submit your request through our Return Portal within 14 days of delivery. Enter your order number and follow the instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

We provide a free prepaid return label for eligible returns and exchanges. After your return request is approved, the return label will be emailed to you. Original shipping costs, including express shipping fees, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

You may exchange an eligible item within 14 days of delivery. If the new item costs more, you must pay the difference. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it has been approved. Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank.
